PORSCHE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE

Ferdinand Porsche designed cars for other manufacturers and in 1931 founded his own company “Dr. Ing. h.c.F. Porsche GmbH”. Initially, this company didn’t build any cars under its own name and instead offered motor vehicle development work and consulting. Soon one of their first assignments came from the German government to build a car for the people. They built the Volkswagen Beetle. Continuing to build cars in 1939 under the designation Type 64, three racing coupes were developed at Porsche. These cars were built for long-distance and endurance. The Berlin-Rom-Wagen” are considered the forefathers of all later Porsche sports cars. Today, Porsche manufactures high-performance sports cars, SUVs, and sedans.
